Florence Mmalesitsa Motlhamme has studied Accounting and also Company Secretarial with a love of figures, compliance and knowledge sharing. She is quite an innovative person with entrepreneural skills and mindset.
Her first project was on accounting system implementation with small business which was developed to assist Small medium enterprises to monitor their profits and ensure compliance for the benefit of increasing profit and growing the business.
Florence began to search for more and more innovative ways to address issues with different business streams.
With her search she came across the funeral business that needed to be regulated which was growing at a rather fast pace in the world and there was a loop hole which was identified.
She found that there was an existing software which was not covering the whole aspects of funerals but only the initial policy with underwritters and it was a bit expensive for all funeral parlors and didn't really address the needs of a funeral management.
Not dismayed, Florence decided to create her own database using to quickly fill out governmental forms and forms for burial planning. Before long, Florence had exactly the program she had been seeking, one that was designed as a fit for purpose system which would address frustrations of the community and the world at large.
This called for a changed mindset!!!!
In 2024 Florence decided to share her funeral home management software with a few local funeral directors who were also frustrated by existing funeral softwares that does not cover all aspects of the funeral management.
Florence received numerous compliments for her funeral home managment software and was encouraged to engage with all the funeral parlors in the country.
Until it gained full momentum and the exposure to distribute to all funeral homes and parlors in order to solve the growing challenge in our country.
